Good Monday Morning Team.
Hope everyone had a great weekend and did something active.
Time to put those legs to work and then sweat out the weekend cheer.
Worth it.
Workout Details: 1) Warm Up (5-10 min): Go Through our favorite >>> Dynamic Warm Up 2) Strength Phase (15 min): 3 sets of 8 (moderate weight and reps 6-8 should be a struggle to finish.
If you’re more advanced, consider a fourth set of squats) Goblet Squats or Back Squats (pause at the bottom for 1 second)Monster Walks (forward and backward)Step Ups (hold weight like the Goblet Squat (10/leg))Exercise Ball Hamstring CurlsStanding Hip Adduction w/ super band (same band loop) 3) Metabolic Circuit (Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes) 1 Plate Push (50 ft) or 40 Mt.
Climbers8 Box Jumps (step back down) or Step Ups (per leg)8 Kettlebell Swings or Goblet Squats8 Thrusters8 Pull Ups (any kind)1 400M Run After the first round, add another rep to each exercise.
